We source local and where possible organic fresh ingredients. We take great pride in providing nutrient dense food for people in the community. We are happy to make and create cakes, real treats, salads, patties, and more for your next special occasion. Real Food Life stocks the Mega Health Victor Harbor cabinet weekly with an ever changing menu of sweet and savoury goodness. We stock raw cakes to

Thanks to everyone who supported my lil business in 2021, being a part of retreats and offering up wholefoods to our community is always super rewarding for me. As well as working with a beautiful crew .ptelliot - it’s a dream, and finding a cold gang to swim with has been a game changer for me! ✨ grateful for my two lil groms I get to spend my days with, my two best teachers hands down! Let’s see what comes in 2022🌴.
