It’s hard to say what my favourite timber is, as I’m constantly changing my mind! 😂

But how good does peppy wood look? 😍

The quality can be a bit hit and miss, but when you get a good piece, peppy timber really does pack a punch! 🌳 🤘

Machining a client’s little stash of timber is definitely one of the rewarding parts of our business. 🤘

We had some beautiful Beefwood come through the doors yesterday for a bit of a tidy-up.

I definitely underestimated the hardness of this stuff 😆 — but it was well worth it in the end!.

All the funky little bits that end up in the showroom!

Sometimes I wonder if it's worth the time machining these little pieces... 🤔

Then I see the character in some of them and think, "Well, someone out there is going to love this!" 🤘

A mix of Marri, Swamp Mahogany, Pepper Tree and Sheoak heading into the showroom.

Not every piece needs to be big to make a statement! 😍🪵.
