Hi so in these difficult times I thought this might interest people what happens when I do a recover. So here goes. 1st pic is of chair the way I picked it up. 2nd pic is chair stripped to frame exposing cheap webbing system. 3rd pics show the inside back the foam in one chair has started to break down. The other back shows the foam has become dust. Very old. 4th pic shows seat rewebbed with quality webbing. 5th pic shows seat foamed up. 6th pics show inside back and back getting done. 7th chairs ready for upholstery. 8th pic shows chair upholstered. 9th pic shows chair finished of with double piping and a little bit of a oil up on the wood. Hope you find this interesting as there is more work involved than some people think to get to finished product. Cheers Neil.

This chair is a copy of some chairs in the Whitehouse. I have made this chair with a sprung seat and sprung back it has a feather and down seat cushion. It is covered in a burgundy leather.
