By the end of this week, I’ll be packing up the last parts of this chapter and bringing The Dainty Co home.

Some people arrive quietly and, without ever making a fuss, become completely essential.

Over the past year, Tarni has grown into one of those people here at The Dainty Co.

She brings focus to busy days. Thoughtfulness to every frame. And a kind of steady reliability that makes everything feel lighter, calmer, more possible.

There’s so much care in the way she works - in the way she notices the small things, takes pride in getting it right, and treats every set of flowers like it truly matters. Because to her, it does.

Beyond the craft, she brings warmth. Gentle humour. A team-first heart. The kind that makes long days better and good days even sweeter.

Watching her confidence grow has been one of the quiet joys of this year.

A whole year of steady hands, gentle care, and the kind of heart that softens this space in the best possible way.

From the very first bouquets she ever pressed to the masterpieces she creates now, Jacinta has grown into such a beautiful part of The Dainty Co story - always intentional, always calm, always honouring the meaning behind every flower.

It’s rare to find someone who loves the craft as deeply as they respect the stories held within each bloom, but Jacinta does it with such ease.

Here’s to the moments in between – the giggles, the colour chats, the petals that tried to misbehave – and to everything still ahead.
