We are working on getting our lovely little beach house back to scratch after it was totally trashed by our former tenants. Maybe by Xmas?

I do have somebody now staying in the house for a six month lease, so I'm pretty happy about that.

I have advertised this property for any Yarloop older people who may be wanting somewhere to live. I may have left the offer too late, as I have not heard back, but am looking for a long term person/couple at $200 per week. Hopefully i will get someone.
