There are thousands of people claiming experience. That's not the issue. The issue is credibility. Can an employer trust what's written on your resume? Can someone back up your claims? One of the biggest challenges in the industry today is credibility. Lots of people can write experience on a resume. The question employers are really asking is: Can this person actually do the job? If you're watching other people get into mining and thinking: "That should be me." You're probably right. Most people don't fail because they aren't capable. They fail because they never start.
