Hello 👋🏻 A long overdue update from me. Back in 2022, not long after my family’s big move to the bush, we made another major lifestyle change for the benefit of our children. This meant I have had to redirect my time and energy away from furniture. It was the best decision for our children and a great way to truly make the most of our new surroundings. During this time, whilst busy with the kids full time, I picked up a new obsession. House plants! Little by little, my personal collection grew to over 40 indoor plants and then I started BREEDING them! 🤭 So, as I continue to gift these beauties to my friends for birthdays, bereavement, and special occasions, I’ll also be offering them for sale within my local community.
As always, I’ll continue to be conscious of my environmental footprint, so my pots are all locally sourced, either new from local small businesses, or vintage and secondhand. I also use high quality potting mix from our local garden nursery.
As the children become more independent, I may eventually get back into creating beautiful furniture pieces. I am still very passionate about that! And, my huge rural shed is still full to the brim with furniture waiting to be revamped and re-loved.
I hope all my followers are well and thriving after the last couple of years. I certainly am. 🌿
