Our Story, Our Passion
Trubuilt started with Jack Pointon and his son John in the 1960’s, under the company name of J.W. Pointon & Son. In 1983 John retired, and his son Rob took over management and ownership of the business at age 21, after completing his joinery apprenticeship.
Now trusted for over 45 years, Trubuilt has expanded to become the largest custom kitchen and specialist joinery manufacturer in the Bega Valley Shire. We now service all local areas as well as Mallacoota to Sydney and Canberra, and inland to the Monaro and Snowy Highlands.
As a family owned business servicing architectural, domestic & commercial customers, we are proud of our reputation for innovative designs, quality workmanship and superior customer service. We are passionate about delighting our customers - with exceptional service, expert craftsmanship, and innovative designs that stay beautiful and functional for years to come.
In 2018 we are proud recipients of Federal Government grant funding to assist with a Capacity Expansion and upgrade to our on-site factory, ensuring we can continue to manufacture all joinery on-site in Pambula with our own expert, local staff. This is great for our local economy as Trubuilt supports many local trades, suppliers and employees.
