This large pool side deck was in need of some restorations after the harsh QLD sun. This was a 4 coat approach, 2 of them dedicated to cleaning and stripping the timber of tannins and grease. This process doesn't require sanding and is completed with 2 tops coats of a water based timber stain.

A great front door leaves a lasting impression! This door was very weathered from the sun and needed restoration. We use a paint stripper to get all the old stain and primer off, then flush the product off and finish with a sand at 240 grit then 400 grit. This cedar door was then able to shine in its natural beauty with some marine grade clear coat

This exterior repaint was required before the clients listed the property. Working closely with the client and selling agent, we came up with an affordable plan to freshen the place up. This required a repaint of all exterior eaves, posts, balustrades & decks. The result meant a successful sale for the clients and a fresh new home for the new owners

This was a small project to prepare the study into a nursery for our expecting clients. There had been some serious water damage that had been fixed, but not properly. As a result all the paint was peeling from the ceiling. Once the surface had been scraped, patched and sanded, we applied 4 coats to the surface:

Coat 1 - Zinsser Peel Stop, great for flaky and chalky surfaces. primes and seals
Coat 2 - Taubmans Australia Advance Adhesion & Mould blocker. Great at sticking to surfaces & blocking mould
Coat 3 & 4 - Taubmans Australia Pure Performance Ceiling Flat. Very low VOC and a professional finish
