Our next exhibition - “Daylight Days” by is launching THIS Sunday at 7pm

This collection began on a road trip to Orange, NSW for the Jumbled Artist Retreat. Travelling through the Central West along the Golden Highway, Claudio was drawn to the quiet charm of regional towns - silver gums flashing by, birds on fences, and places that felt both new and familiar. They returned via the coast, so these works hold both country and ocean - dry grass and banksias, cool morning swims, and that first hint of autumn in the air.

Daylight Days is Claudio’s love letter to Australia.

This week’s is the tower that famous shoe designer Christian Louboutin built in Portugal with no purpose other than to exist beautifully 😍

“La Folie” - which translates loosely to « madness » in French - was designed by architect Tarek Shamma, took seven years to design and build, and was completed in 2021

The inspiration came from the stepwells of Rajasthan and the Jantar Mantar Observatory in Jaipur. The result is a concrete cylinder with geometric openings, crisscrossing stairs, and an oculus that lets sunlight fall onto the central space below. At night, colour-changing LEDs transform the interior from meditative retreat to party venue.

There is no bedroom, no kitchen, no practical function. It is a place to read, to meditate, to have drinks with friends = I WANNA BE INVITED!!!
