Included would be all our tried and proven delicious recipes, our full market stall set up including chairs, gazebo, table, chalkboard and various decorations. Our supplier list, product costings and existing customers.
-Average income per market $300-350 (can double leading up to christmas) which could bring in upwards of $15k per year.
-On going wedding favour sales $1k
-Existing customer sales approx $6k
With some energy put into marketing you could easily build the client/customer list back up, due to poor health we havent been as active.
