Timber Framing completed with Windows and Iron roofing. First fix plumbing & electrification done. Next is brick laying. The clinic is looking good. Client as well as me are happy with the progress :) Design by Arch Elvio Ferrara is looking great and coming to existence.

Fixed tiles on concrete slab to give majestic look to the house as well as give better water repellant functionality. The color matches to that of paving.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION done by PSA Dwellings - Did inspection for Mr. Sandesh Lamichhane from Perth, WA. Spotted dip in roofing (behind the TV antenna) due to structural defect in timber framing. This spotting helps buyers to make decision to buy or negotiate the repair expenses from sellers. Happy to help my clients :)
