I hate to do this post so close to Christmas, but please be aware that moving forward all retainers will need to be paid within 3 days of booking your session. if this is not paid, a 24 hour reminder and grace period will be extended, however after that your booking will be cancelled.
Today we had 4 clients not show up for their booking. being Christmas, i stupidly let my heart over ride my business requirements. This is absolutely heart breaking as that mean 4 people from my wait list missed out, $400 is lost and i spent an extra 3 hours in my studio, waiting around and missing out on spending quality time with my family.
Please know, when you hurt a small business, you hurt their family. Please don't be that client!
