At the heart of Meredith Joinery + Design is husband and wife team, Steve and Jaime.
Steve started the business over 10 years ago with just one apprentice and a passion for quality craftsmanship. In the early days, he wore all the hats - quoting, designing, building, installing, admin and everything in between. Through hard work, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to clients, the business quickly built a strong reputation and has continued to grow year after year.
Two years ago, Jaime joined the business after successfully selling her two businesses, bringing with her a wealth of experience in business operations, customer service and team management.
Together, Steve and Jaime combine practical craftsmanship with a strong focus on client experience, creating a business that feels both professional and personal.
As a family run team, they’re passionate about building beautiful joinery, supporting their team, and making the process enjoyable for every client from start to finish.
