I love my repeat customers!
One of my recent customers loved my last piece so much instead of giving it to her mother she kept it for herself! Luckily I had just finished a similar one so being the good daughter she is, she snapped this one up for Mum instead...before I even had a chance to post it online. 💝

Well this turned out nothing like I had originally planned! It was going to be green with patterned drawers, but sometimes you just have to roll with something and see where it takes you. That’s exactly what I did with this hall table / side table!

I have hand painted three coats using different shades of blue teamed with Painted Peony’s chalking additive and went rather heavy handed on the distressing to create a worn and aged look.

I have sanded back the old varnish to expose the beautiful timber before applying a black wax to highlight the grain and provide durability.

New pull handles have also been added to complete the rustic look.

Queen Anne side tables, finished by painting them white (using Painted Peony’s chalking additive) before using an Ivory white over the top creating a white wash effect.

I went with the distressed look to highlight the beautiful curved legs and detailing on the drawers, then finished with a clear wax to provide durability.

The original handles have been removed, cleaned and reattached to complete the traditional look.

These pretty bedside tables have been given a new lease on life and are looking for a new home.

Painted using painted Peony’s chalking additive before slightly distressing the edges to enhance the age and charm.

I decoupaged the drawer fronts using a lovely floral pattern to introduce some colour and texture.

A combination of clear varnish and wax have been applied to provide durability so these bedside tables can be enjoyed for years to come.

I was delighted when Hayley asked to modernise this tv unit so it could complement some of her new furniture.

I absolutely love the colour combination not to mention the beautiful timber detailing! 😍

Just finished this commissioned piece for Stef and Mark and they were super stoked when I delivered them last night and they got to see the finished result!

Having being given free reign, and knowing their taste and style I chose to paint them two tone using charcoal and grey to match in perfectly with their bedroom decor.

This is now the 3rd item of furniture they have of mine and they have told me they will treasure them for years to come. 🤗

This hall table / side table has been freshly painted in a striking muted blue using Painted Peony’s chalking powder additive and sealed with Old World clear wax.

I have sanded the top to expose the beautiful timber before applying three coats of varnish to highlight the grain and provide durability while giving it a lovely satin finish.

New pull handles have also been added to complete the stylish new look.

This tv unit is freshly painted using Painted Peony’s chalking additive and has been lightly distressed.

I have highlighted the drawers and sides using a chevron patterned paper and added new brass handles to create a one off statement piece that would look great in any living room.

Two coats of Old World clear wax have been applied to provide durability so you can enjoy this piece for many years.

**Please note that some parts of the patterned paper have wrinkled while the glue was drying, however I feel it just adds to the charm of this feature tv unit. (See the last photo to show this)
