Thank you everyone for your support of our local business over the last 12 years.

Facebook is seeing an increase of messages rather than phone calls and bookings.

Sean makes a point of calling everyone back who leaves him a message but he does it each afternoon after he has completed the jobs of people that have been booked in for weeks.

When messages go to voicemail and he leaves his message that is where we leave it.

He does usually leave 2 messages just in case.

We get Friday night messages declaring that we haven't answered and that they will look elsewhere even though we have replied in text and a voicemail.

If only knowing how a flippant comment about not getting a response hits hard, maybe there would be a second thought.

Sean is currently quite busy catching up after recent rain postponed some jobs.

We hate to push our customers back but the high humidity coupled with the heavy rain, does not provide a great environment for seats, upholstery and interior items to dry well.
