EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPER / FENCER

Retaining Walls + Fencing Experience Preferred

JJ’s Landscape & Property Solutions is growing again, and we’re looking for an experienced landscaper who takes pride in quality workmanship and knows how to get the job done properly.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re after someone who can step onto site, work efficiently, and contribute to a high standard of work without needing constant supervision.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in landscaping and construction
Experience building retaining walls
Experience with timber fencing, posts, rails, palings, and gates
Able to set out jobs, plumb posts and work to falls
Confident using landscaping equipment and power tools
Compliant with WH&S procedures and documentation
Physically fit and comfortable with labour-intensive work
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Able to work well within a team environment
White Card required
Manual driver’s licence and reliable transport
Machine operating experience a bonus

What you’ll be doing

Timber fencing installations
Retaining wall construction
Landscape preparation and excavation
Turf preparation and installation
Garden edging and soft landscaping
General structural landscaping works
Working as part of a professional and growing team

EXPERIENCED GARDENER / MOWER OPERATOR

Zero Turn + Brushcutter Experience Required

JJ’s Landscape & Property Solutions is growing again, and we’re looking for an experienced gardener/mower operator who knows their way around commercial gear and takes pride in doing things properly.

This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who can jump in, get moving, and be trusted to run jobs without being babysat.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience in lawn mowing and garden maintenance
Confident operating zero turn mowers
Strong experience with brushcutters using bullhorns
Comfortable using commercial equipment, mowers, whippers, blowers, hedgers
Able to work unsupervised and manage your own daily run
Good presentation and attention to detail
Fencing experience highly regarded, timber paling fences, posts, rails, gates
White Card (or willing to obtain)
Manual driver’s licence and reliable transport
Physically fit and happy working outdoors

What you’ll be doing

Residential and commercial mowing
Large-area mowing with zero turns
Brushcutting and edging
Garden tidy-ups, pruning, hedging
General property maintenance
Working as part of a professional, growing team

What you’ll get
