I had every intention of donating this book to our library collection after I’d read it since I’d already parted with the rest of my Sally Hepworth books, but nope, the library misses out on this one. I loved Elsa’s character and it was such a great read that it’s staying in my own bookcase to be enjoyed again at a later date. ❤️📗

Living in Japan, I loved that the books were the perfect size for a coat pocket.
Twenty years later, I have discovered that they can also fit into leggings pockets so that at the end of an 8km walk, I have a book to read over breakfast 🥞📕🥰
