Time to go home it has been a great stay they have a band every night as dancers know alcohol and dancing don't mix as a drunk German couple found out while laying on the dance floor the resort is great the staff the beaches pools the music all the attractions and a great gym we also watched a fire show by the locals on the beach

RETIREMENT:

After 23 years in our furniture business, Louise and I have decided to retire on June 30, with 106 days to go (but we're not counting).

We have been progressively having sales throughout the showroom for the past few months, and have cleared out our storage rooms and half of our 800m2 showroom.

We have always been very well supported by the Mount Gambier and surrounding communities, spanning from Melbourne to Adelaide and everywhere in between with furniture sales, restoration and construction work.

I have reflected on all the special people we have lost over the past 23 years who have been an important part of the business and helped grow it to what it is today.

So a big thank you to everyone we have met and supported us, and in turn become friends of ours.

After June 30, it will be our time to travel, to dance all over the world and meet people from different countries. So many different experiences are ahead of us.

So in closing, if you are looking for a bargain, drop into our showroom, and we will help you out.

Pioneer Country Furniture will be closed from Monday the 26th of December to Tuesday the 3rd of January, 2023.

We will be open again from Wednesday the 4th.

Due to the recent storms in Adelaide, we have been without internet or phone for the past few day, and have been unable to make or receive phone calls.

Due to a staff shortage, we will be open from 10 am to 3 pm on Friday 12 August.

Normal hours will resume afterwards.

Starting the 25th of July, Pioneer Country Furniture will be open from 9 to 4 on weekdays and 10 to 2 on Saturdays.

We can be open Sundays by appointment.
