We’re after a qualified joiner who’s ready to run the floor — not just work it. You’ll still be on the tools most of the week doing the good stuff (premium bespoke pieces, architect-level work all solid wood projects), but you’ll also be the one keeping the workshop moving, mentoring the young guns, and making the calls when things get busy.
