- Queen Ensemble Charcoal Upholstered Plain Bedhead with Matching Base. Melbourne-made. Beautiful quality. Firm Queen Meridian Visco Deluxe Mattress also available. Ensemble plus mattress was $4,327. Now $1,995! Ensemble without mattress is $795.

- Tommi White Timber Single Bed. Very solid and well made. Kids love the secret compartment! 😊 Was $999. Now $550.

To all my wonderful Benellie Beds supporters...this is a difficult post, but after 13 truly rewarding years of running my small business, the time has come to close. 🥹
The economic challenges of the past few years, including the steep rise in interest rates and soaring cost-of-living expenses, have hit small retailers hard. Additionally, the arrival of the Melton Homemaker Centre has brought a significant increase in competition, with Melton going from just three mattress stores to ten!!
Despite the incredible support from everyone that has walked through my doors, and the constant messaging I received that my service, knowledge and personalised interactions made Benellie Beds stand out from the rest, it has just become too challenging to compete with the giant retailers.
I have sold my shop premises, and settlement will take place on May 7th. For the remaining few weeks, I will be having a big closing-down sale!! So now's the perfect time to grab a bargain if you've been holding off buying that much-needed new mattress, or bed! Don’t forget, mobility scooters are also available, though stock is limited. I can still place orders for these over the next few weeks.
Although I would have loved to continue providing high-quality Melbourne-made mattresses and mobility scooters to the people of Melton, Bacchus Marsh, and beyond, I’m excited about the next chapter. I’m looking forward to spending more time with my kids and tending to my much-neglected garden! 🌻
