Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Boilermaker or Second Class Welder to join our team in Kilsyth. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of fabrication, welding, and fitting tasks across our diverse project portfolio. While formal qualifications are preferred, candidates with significant experience in MIG welding and strong mechanical knowledge will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of welding applications, primarily MIG welding.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install metal components and structures.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Occasionally work on site, as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Qualified Candidates:
• Qualified Boilermaker, Second Class Welder.
• Experienced Candidates:
• Extensive experience in MIG welding.
• Sound mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks effectively.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Current manual driver's license is an advantage.
