What is a service and why does my car need one regularly?

Servicing your car's engine by changing the oil and filter, is the absolute bare minimum you need to do to maximise your car's engine life. The engine oil acts as a lubricant for all the internal components and the oil filter helps keep separate any micro particles of metal from the engine, and any other matter from the oil when it circulates. Everything has its limits however, and as time goes on particles within the oil breakdown reducing the oil's lubricating properties, putting wear on vital engine components and reducing performance. So ask yourself, when the last time you serviced your car?

$110* for a basic service including oil filter and up to 5 litres of Semi Synthetic oil and a free diagnostic scan.

*additional charge for cars that take more than 5 litres of oil or require Full Synthetic Oil

$60 for a diagnostic scan, clear engine, ABS light if applicable
