We congratulate the project team for successfully completing the design stage for the Raintrees Shopping Centre redevelopment. CJK Fire & Safety played a vital role in assessing the fire safety design using CFD modelling.
Queensland Fire and Emergency Services were amazing in providing comments to assist us in improving the design. It was a great pleasure working with Emergent Building Approvals, the local building certifiers, TMK Consulting Engineers and Progetto Design from South Australia.

Amid this pandemic, we understand that everyone is facing uncertain challenges in business and our daily lives. We to are not insulated from this, however at this stage we intend to continue providing Building Certification services to our valued clients to try and provide some certainty to the businesses that support us until further measures are announced by the Government.

As many of you know Carmel and I work from a home-office whilst Beau is in our Cairns office which lends itself to the social distancing and stay at home message. At this stage we are asking our clients to refrain from visiting our offices and email any documentation where possible.

For now it is business as usual as we continue to process your applications, undertake inspections and will be available to you via phone and email until we are directed otherwise.

We will continue to monitor the situation and respond accordingly as changes occur.
