How it all started:

Len and I started our business together back in 2011, we started off with Len’s Dad’s gear from when he did Mobile Butchering, Len just did jobs for family and friends at the time. We bought our first cold room in 2013 and decided to make a go of it and branch out a little bit more, we didn’t have any expectations of what we would achieve, we thought we would just take the leap and see how we go.

Len is a second generation Butcher/Mobile Butcher, who is qualified in Butchering and Slaughtering, he picked up his first knife when he was about 6 or 7 and spent his weekends helping his Dad do Mobile Butchering. Len started Butchering as a job at the age of 16 and then went on to do Slaughering, he hasn’t left the industry since. He absolutely loves what he does, it is in his blood and his passion for the job is unreal.

Only in the last few years have we really started to push our Business and it continues to grow thanks to the ongoing support of our wonderful customers, friends and family. We wouldn’t be doing half as well if it weren’t for the help of every single one of them. We strive to provide our customers with a top quality paddock to plate service and look forward to continuing to do so for many years to come.
