It Started with a valve radio

All my radios are exact copies of Australian radio manufacture at its best, This Radio is a 1947 model called a TASMA baby made in Sydney Australia,why can’t modern technology be put into a beautiful deco style radio that proudly shows Australian function and design, with smooth lines thats was the design of post war Australia, well it can, and we have done just that.

DAB radios have been around for some time now although we have embraced digital TV we have not been so quick to embrace digital radio.

What if you could have a DAB radio, FM radio -bluetooth connectivity- USB port,(USB will even charge your mobile phone) a colour LCD screen, a decent 20 watt rms speaker, 240/120 vac switchable supply.... well my dream was just that, and now its a reality, a quality radio for your kitchen, bedroom or anywhere in the home. Form,function, beautiful lines,and brilliant retro colours but most of all..... Quality.

I personally oversaw this project to enforce my idea of what a quality radio is, 30 years of being a collector of valve/tube radio has given me enough knowledge of what a retro radio should be. So thank you to all the people who are taking this ride along with me to go back in time and enjoy a simple pleasure called “the wireless”
