In Australia men’s health is in crisis:

• Male su***de rates have risen by more than 10% in the past decade

• Su***de is the leading cause of death among Aussie men aged 15-44.

• 1 in 6 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer before they’re 85.

• Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in young Aussie men.

This Movember, the Ausdecom Team will be raising funds for groundbreaking projects in mental health and su***de prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

Today is World Mental Health Day.

Each year on October 10 we all have the chance to put mental health in the spotlight to raise awareness and break down stigma.

This year we have focussed on the meaningful connections in our lives, and why they are so important for good mental health.

Mental health is an issue that touches each and every one of us in different ways, and World Mental Health Day reminds us that we should be connecting with loved ones, connecting with our community and colleagues, connecting with services and supports if needed - and most importantly - connecting back with ourselves for good mental health.

Using specialised equipment and techniques, Ausdecom demolished the old scrubber, bringing it down safely to finalise the demolition at ground level.
