Tomorrow's 2025 Barossa Airshow, Sunday 6th April 2025, will have special traffic flow and parking arrangements in place for entering Rowland Flat Airfield. Please read the following information before you arrive tomorrow. This post contains important information on....

Event Entry Opens: 8:30am
🚦TRAFFIC FLOW IN/OUT OF AIRSHOW🚗 (Refer to map)
We encourage you to GET HERE EARLY.... if you want to beat the peak traffic trying to enter the event!
All traffic going into the airshow will turn off from the Barossa Valley Way onto KRONDORF ROAD, right onto NITSCHKE ROAD, then right again onto KOCH ROAD before entering the Airshow Carpark.
Koch Road is one way only to enable exit onto Barossa Valley Way all day.
🤗 Please also be patient. This event drives a high volume of cars onto otherwise quiet country roads and there will be traffic delays entering the event, thanks! We encourage you to carpool where possible to reduce the number of cars on the road🙏🏻
♿️LIMITED MOBILITY AND DROP OFF ZONE🚖
Allocated Parking for Disability Parking Permits is located closest to the entrance of the event. This is limited availability so please get here early to secure a spot if you require this.
Additionally, there will be a designated drop off zone for anyone arriving by taxi/uber/chauffeured vehicle (Lucky you!) that will not be parking at the event.

A quick overview:
*Fly-In aircraft are required to land before 10:30am sharp.
*The Flying Display will begin at 11:00am.
*Departures will be after the Flying Display has finished, at approximately 3:45pm, unless prior arrangements have been made.

⏰ DAYLIGHT SAVINGS ENDS TOMORROW!
Ensure your clocks go BACK one hour tonight 🕐
🎟️ Please remember to have your tickets handy, either on your phone or printed when you arrive at the gate.
🧺 Bring a picnic blanket or chairs to sit on.
🧢👒 Don’t forget your hat and sunscreen🧴
☀️ Check the weather forecast and wear appropriate clothing and footwear 👞👢
✅ 🥪 🍎 You are allowed to bring your own food and drink, but NO Cooking Appliances like BBQs. We also encourage you to please support our local vendors and stalls who are on site, even as simple as buying a coffee 🍕🌯🍔
❌ 🍻🍷 NO alcohol is allowed on site
❌ 🐕🐈 NO pets or animals (other than Assistance Dogs) are allowed on site.
❌ NO DRONES!! (Do we even need to say why?)
