Hello everyone,

Unless it's an absolute emergency I will not be taking any more bookings from now.
My husband is a CFA hero and one of the team members going to The Gurdies fires on shift work. I need to make sure I can be here for my family and take that strain off him.

To all the volunteers and thier families THANK YOU.

Stella is about to turn seven, making her legally able to sit in the front seat, but she won't be graduating out of her booster seat any time soon.

Hello everyone,
February is almost upon us.
Just a reminder that I start my new job soon & you may need to plan a little further ahead to book in.
I also apologise to people who I may have forgotten to respond to. Life has been crazy busy with school holidays and holes in my loungeroom floor (old houses are fun) and the orientation process for work. But I'm trying to meet everyone's needs.

Follow manufacturers instructions ALWAYS.
If in doubt contact the manufacturer or Me!

Just don't follow a "hack" you saw online.

Please stay safe on the roads this holiday season.
Check your tyre pressure, oil, water, & child restraints...
The shoulder straps need to be at or above shoulder height when rear facing and tight enough that you can not pinch a strap together. If forward facing the straps can be up to 2.5cm above or below the shoulder and again tirm enough that you can't pinch a strap together.

Make sure there are no twists in the straps and that your seat is firmly installed with the cars seat belt and anchor strap.
Lastly if your childs eyes are level with the top of the back of the restraint you need a new seat

A lot has happened over the last few years.
For those who are not aware I completed my bachelor of nursing.
I begin my graduate year in February 2023.
I will not close down but I will have reduced availability.
Speaking of availability I will be taking a break from Dec 23rd to January 10th to be with my family. Please book in before then for all your child restraint needs.

Almost 7.5 yrs ago I gained accreditation and started helping families with thier child restraints.
Today I saw something that had me reaching for the manual and google.
To date every Mitsubishi Triton with factory anchors I've installed in has anchor points on the back wall. Today's Triton had metal plates on the floor... it was clear they were not factory but I wasn't 100% certain that's where anchors should go. The manual stated the back wall. All my training and experience told me that if it was anywhere else it would be there.
It turns out there is a Triton with an electric rear window and that has anchors on the floor...
It's all fixed now ready for baby.
