Part 1/
An intro to the new look

Over the next few weeks. Ill be re- introducing CRB and its new look. Crafted by the incredible , take a walk with me.

I'm Cregs, boxing coach with 5+ years of experience and founder of CRB.

CRB was due for a rebrand to help reposition myself in a competitive market filled with many other great gyms and coaches on the coast.

I worked with Eddie to create something that would truly set my brand apart.

We believe we offer something completely unique, in the way that we teach. What I believe is a more modern approach, less tradition & superstition or doing s**t because it rhymes or sounds good.

Allowing people to build confidence through easy to understand, fundamentals first & basic boxing coaching. including offering a transformative experience that combines physical training with personal growth. and creating incredible community.

The new look reflects our evolution, but our core values remain the same. Community, resilience, discipline, consistency - an overarching journey of growth.

Tomorrow I'll be sharing more about the old CRB branding, the purpose it served, and the journey that led us here. Stay tuned as we reflect on our roots and the foundation that built our community.

Boxing is one of the oldest and most popular combat sports, dating back to ancient civilizations such as Greece and Rome.

What I love the most about boxing and martial arts is how primal it is. Before any other sports, how did people compete against each other..... through single combat.
