The Midsumma Pride March, which is an annual signature celebration of pride and diversity to march for those who cannot, was held on Sunday 6th of February 2022 in St Kilda Melbourne. Thousands of people lined the cafes and balconies along Fitzroy Street to show their support.

AML Risk Management was proudly involved in the event and supplied Archer 1200 Barriers to secure the venue location, which closed off roads in St Kilda around the Pride March route.

The Archer 1200 Barriers worked to protect the marchers, event staff and bystanders from errant and hostile vehicles to allow for a safe and successful event.

We would like to thank all parties who were involved in the event operations which contributed to the success of the event.

The Victoria Street Lunar Festival returned in 2022 by welcoming the Year of the Tiger. AML Risk Management would like to congratulate the Yarra City Council once again for such an amazing cultural event.

An early morning start in Richmond for AML. The Archer 1200 Barriers were deployed to safeguard patrons, pedestrians, and business throughout the running of the event.

On the 31st of December 2021, Melbourne celebrated the arrival of a new year. AML Risk Management proudly joined the City of Melbourne in creating a safe environment for patrons and businesses.

On Saturday 18th December 2021, AML Risk Management assisted with the safe and successful closure of Bellair Street to welcome the Discover Kensington Christmas Craft Fair.

Groups of families and friends gathered to enjoy the musical stage acts, magicians, balloon twisting, face painting, kids craft and photos with Santa. Entertainment and Christmas characters also safely wandered around Macaulay Road and surrounding areas.

AML deployed and marshalled 28 Archer 1200 Barriers to create a safe area for the local community to enjoy a very successful event.

Archer 1200 Mobile Anti-Vehicle Barriers safeguarding outdoor street diners across The City of Melbourne.

AML Risk Management in collaboration with The City of Melbourne, have been safeguarding outdoor street diners across Melbourne. The Archer 1200 Barriers have made Covid safe outdoor dining areas possible as Melbourne makes its way out of lockdown.

The outdoor dining areas have allowed restaurant owners to increase their capacities by bringing their dining experience onto the streets of Melbourne while adhering to the Covid-19 restrictions.

It has also allowed Victorians to enjoy the wonderful food that Melbourne has to offer as we come in the summer festive season, in a safe environment protected by the Archer 1200 Barriers.

· Implementing Covid Safe policies and procedures
· Event security
· Crowd control
· Checking IDs
· Customer service
· Responsible Service of Alcohol monitoring
· Traffic Management
· Ticket Selling

Pre-requisites for this role:
· Victorian State Security Licence
· Security Operations Certificate II
· Australian or Permanent Resident
· First Aid certification
· Current National Police Check Clearance
· RSA training and certification
· Working with Children’s Check
