Hi All, I have unfortunately had to close shop due to the cyber hacking and stolen ID. I tried to find someone to help but as my bank accounts hadnt been touched, noone would take it seriously. Instead it took just over 12 months of them blocking customers, hiding emails and disrupting anything to do with the internet or phone. It was verified by my phone carrier, everyday mobile, that someone accessed my phone account and requested my phone IMEI be disabled, which my ph carrier did on the 9th Dec 2024. It was only my questioning the lack of calls and orders for xmas on the 18th dec that alerted them and me to having my accounts compromised. But the damage was done.. The hackers had 10 days of my phone usage which they used to access every service I used on my phone. My phone should of been inoperable, but was working.
I am not a "techy" person so when I went to the police, on the advice of every computer tech in town, I was not taken seriously due to not having my bank accessed and taken.
What the "policewoman" at the front counter did do, was call mental health and have me put into Mental Health Qlds clutches. I never spoke to a cyber technician, I never got to find a way to stop these as**holes.
I got 3 months of fighting mental health belief i was mentally psychotic. I had my business disrupted, I was not allowed to work and if I mentioned the people on my accounts, I was to be put into the ward.. nope nope nope. I done runner after runner. Locked myself in the shop and cooked what I could. 3 months of he'll before they realised I was telling the fkn truth.
But to this day, I have not had any help with my stolen ID. I have over 50 google accounts apparently, and every account has numerous people and activity on it. I have 10 different people logged in on my Facebook, messenger and any account. They have my phone number and have cloned my phone.
I have changed my carrier, my phone and my google account, but once I am on anything to do with Miner's Jerky or emails, I'm compromised.
Mental health destroyed any chance for me to stop my business failing. They broke every one of a patient rights. There is nothing that was legal, including no full assessment of me.
Part of being released from their clutches was being threatened with confinement if I even whispered a word of a hacked phone. So I've sat here watching my business and my life slowly slip away. Try finding someone to help on a hacked phone. People have told me my phone said I was disconnected, or not available. I have caught out people pretending to be my phone carrier when I asked if they were going to verify me. They put me on hold and never come back..There is too much for me to explain.
Just recently, a police officer who backed me in my fight with mental health, informed me that a couple months ago a woman reported to police the same things happening on her phone as on mine.
So I would love a great solicitor..lmao.
And I haven't given up hope of restarting..I just need to know how to go about it and stop these grubs.
It's all I ever was wanting the day I walked into the cop shop in Feb this year. To know how to protect myself and my business. I got a trip to hell..and the scariest thing of all, Police can't help you even if they want to, Mental Health Qld is above the law.
I will delete my page within the next 2 weeks as I know meta business are part of the problem.
