At Against the Grain Building & Renovating since starting our business in 2009 we have successfully operated within the Blue Mountains and Sydney Metropolitan regions working on both small and large scale residential and commercial constructions, extensions and renovations. Our main target niche is heritage renovations and extensions at the high end of the market. We have a passion for renovating and restoring old homes whilst retaining their former glory and giving them a new lease on life. We love to incorporate timber into our work as we believe it adds a great sense of warmth to a home, this is also evident with our sister company, Against the Grain Windows and Doors, which specialises in custom timber windows and doors.
