Some hard yakka demolishing an old haphazard retaining wall, installing drainage and replacing wall with new timber. Adding screening has provided some privacy for this corner block and added street appeal. Just waiting for the owner to finish off with more planting.

Overgrown garden transformed into a screened space with planting and concrete slab for the bins😍 ......just waiting for grass to grow back after some top dressing.

Artificial Turf could be the solution you are looking for.

Grass won't grow or want a no maintenance yard. No watering, no weeding, no mowing and looks perfect all year round. Definitely worth considering.
