An 80 square metre extension spread over 4 levels was added to this Sandy Bay home. Due to access issues, no soil could leave the site. So with some very clever architectural drawings by Michael Davis we built to the lay of the land. Last shot show stairs that connects the levels.

This is a grand heritage restoration that we just finished in Battery Point.
Completely re stumped, carefully pulled apart and re assembled.
Last two shots show how it was before we arrived.

Big congratulations to the vendors of 26 Wards Ave Lewisham for the recent sale. The house was only on the market for 10 days with plenty of interest and sold above the asking price.

Not only was the house built by Thinkhouse. The house also sold with a full kit of our custom designed furniture suited to the style of the dwelling.

We hope the new owners enjoy their new home as much as the previous owners did!
