Customer required a Hydraulic Power Unit for one of his machines he’s refurbishing. This is what we came up with. 11klw 3phase motor.. 30 cc pump and 160 ltr tank painted blue. Great to keep customers happy. Will install and commission in a few days.

Well after 4 1/2 months the ”Hydraulic Cylinder Stripdown Bench” we were commissioned to build is finally complete and loaded on Jims TowingTilt Tray for its new home in Yandina Qld. Thanks Jim. As you can see its all installed, bolted down, tested and already working stripping out its first cylinder. All went well, the customer is very happy and have already said it will save them so much time and labour cost, which has made all the hard work, long hours and frustratiion worth it. The bench is 13 meters long, with a 41000 ft/lb Nut Cracker run by 18.3klw motor, pumps and other hydrauic equipment. Great to have a happy customer.

Customer needs Hydraulic Cylinder strp Down Bench and duel operating Power Unit ( 2 consoles) and had my company design and manufacture this for them. The unit can operate the cylinder nut cracker on it’s 13 meter bench and able to test cylinders using either 68 grade oil or 46 grade oil. When finished it can generate upto 50,000 ft/lb of torque. SEQ Formwork and HIRE required an electrical power source to run ten electric motors for a floor lifting platform. This is the system we designed and manufactured specifically for their business. It will run ten three phase motors with individual amp readers, individual on/off switches and power outlets.

Customer required 3 Hydraulic Power Packs for use in testing hydraulic cylinders, motors etc. We showed them this design which was the most suitable for their workshop and had us build them. Extremely happy customer.
