Old weathered cream colour to a new age Milton Moon low sheen with builders white low sheen on Eves to help clean in the Future. Customer happy as usual.

Owners had reoccurring water damage water seeping through to soffits and bubbling paint work. SR Painting to repair, pressure wash,sika flex all cracks then cut and roll Avista chemical based sealer with a hardner added to set like stone 2 coats tint added was dark grey.10L with hardner and tint included $300 check your material prices prior to quoting and make sure you speak to a supervisor the new guy said it's $150. Good job mate. Noodles this week.

Grinder with a sanding disc 80grit remove all rust then treat using cold gal spray to rusted areas then brush and roll No rust enamel surface primer to seal metal 2 coats. Last part brush and roll 2 coats of metal shield iron stone enamel suitable for metal.

Removed swollen chip board cleaned out excess junk and cut and installed blue board like material for exterior use 2 coats of undercoat and 2 top coats of low sheen white.Gap filled all sides looks great. Total of 5 units also all door frames were glossed as well.

Another happy customer from a colour scheme of orange to a modern Pail grey walls and iron stone guttering and facia boards all low sheen garage also.Approx 5 days work many holes to fill, gap filling all quads around eves and window and architraves in all areas. All work to not exceed $3300.
