Streamline Timber is the largest wood machining operators in Geelong, Surf Coast and the Bellarine open direct to the public and through the special orders team at your local hardware supplier. If we can’t match it we can make new blades to profile it. Streamline Timber specialise in matching those hard to find one off items for heritage projects and modern one off pieces. We have all of the origi

nal cutting profiles from the original Fagg’s Timber Mill. This was the first timber mill in Geelong. So for all of those original profiles in the local area we have the blades to match. We can custom cut large timber panels and slabs of timber to size to suit any needs such as table tops, sideboards and bed heads. We can also dress timbers to 600mm wide. We have the facilities to glue and laminate benchtops to any size using all species of timber. We have an extensive variety of specialized spindle moulders to match most profiles of architraves, skirting boards, decking, cladding, flooring and picture rails. We also have the equipment to make external stairs to size and have the ability to make handrail and bullnose cappings. We can create custom made door frames to size and also match any single/double door frames with or without sidelights.

Beyond excited to finally share this finished piece with everyone!

Using timber milled on the client's own property, in conjunction with a simple pared back design, this piece was essentially just letting some of the most striking timber we've ever seen speak for itself.

3 highly figured book-matched slabs form the centrepiece of the top, with the 4th slab from the same log used as breadboard style ends to achieve the desired overall length.

A few lovely subtle details can be found when looking closer, while the use of traditional joinery methods will mean this piece is around for many years to come.

Nothing better than breathing new life into a much loved timber piece! After decades of daily use, this Blackwood island benchtop was certainly looking a little worse for wear. It was an absolute pleasure to revive it and show off the gorgeous tones of the Blackwood!

Designed by Shailza Sharma, manufactured by us and installed by the team at Evcon Construction.

This custom balustrade was a very specific vision, as part of the overall larger project, and required an iterative and collaborative process to bring to life.

The end result speaks for itself, sitting beautifully in the space.

Always love the chance to work on something different!

This statement entry door was completed last year for Doherty Building Group, and a statement it certainly is!

Solid spotted gum door with FritsJurgens pivot hardware, and matching solid timber frame.

The exterior face of the door is bandsawn and rebated in order to blend in seamlessly with the gorgeous shiplap cladding.

We collaborated with the very talented Shailza Sharma on this stunning entry door project and couldn't be happier with the outcome! 🌟

Such a detailed design presented a few challenges, requiring custom tooling, an open mindset, and plenty of jigs.

Installed by the team at Evcon Construction, the end result is something else!

A cracker of a job finished and ready for install.

A pair of big barn doors and accompanying day bed with storage underneath, all in lovely feature grade Messmate.

Haunched tenons, mortises, in-house run V-joint panelling, plenty of resin, and even a hidden bow tie or two, this job had it all!

Been a pleasure to create, can’t wait to see it installed.
