Although life has been busy at home with reno's and commitments, along with the weather making it hard to open!
There is always stuff happening behind the scenes 😆
As of next week I will be offering cooked meals for pickup in Dorrigo each fortnight!
Meals can be eaten fresh or you can freeze them for later...
Take advantage and have a night (or 14 🤣) off from cooking!
And you can still know that you or your family will be getting fresh, healthy and wholesome meals 🧡🌱

Tonight's menu was loaded spuds! 🥔

🌱 Morrocan Chicken served with roasted chickpeas, pickled carrots, Greek yoghurt drizzle and coriander.
🌱 Slow cooked beef brisket with caramelised onions, herbed coleslaw topped with sour cream drizzle and parlsey.
🌱 Mexican mince with beans topped with corn chips, corn kernels, cheese, sour cream and shallots.

All served with a damper on the side...

What a feast! 👌
