Today's vacate steam clean. The heavy staining in one of the bedrooms looked like it was going to be tough to remove, however my pretreatment and my process of going slow over those areas meant I was able to get it up good as new! 🥰

This is a regular client of mine. I come every 6 months or so.
I appreciate all my clients, but my regulars that book me in advance every 6-12 months just hold a special part of my heart. I love doing my job, but you guys make it that little bit better my showing me how much you appreciate what I do 🥰

(Whoops forgot to take before photos this time... couch was relatively stain free with just general wear marks, and rug had black marks throughout from shoes/feet)

Cat urine is next level 🫠 gotta get to it early to ensure it doesn't damage your carpet fibres.
This one had one naughty kitten using anywhere that had carpet as it's litter box rather than the real deal. Until this kitty has gotten past this stage, I will be in regularly to try remove as much as possible from the carpet for this poor client 😊🤞

Small snippet into a full house steam clean today. Before/after and video mid clean of removing stains. You can literally see the change in carpet colour as it pulls the stains out! 😍 super satisfying!

No drastic stains in this room, just general dirt from the doggies coming in and sleeping in room with their parents. 😊 so so satisfying to remove all that and leave it nice and fresh again for the family 😍

Today I had a last minute call with a desperate plea for help.
A lovely lovely lady had tried cleaning her carpets herself, however a massive stain appeared after she finished.
She went to google and tried some DIY fixes with no luck. She had another carpet cleaning company attend to fix the stain yesterday however they tried but weren't able to fix it, and advised her it was irreparable. Her next stop was to Carpet Court to see if that patch could be replaced, however due to the low pile and age of carpet, it would have been a bad choice as the join lines would be extremely visible.
But they did recommend her to give me a call. ❤️
I squeezed her in after my last job of the day, and against all her previous advice saying it couldn't be fixed, I DID IT!
Safe to say this client was overjoyed that her carpets were not ruined forever ❤️❤️
And I have made a client for life 😍
