Collecting Mail
This appears to be a problem for some but is easily rectified if you follow Australia Post's processes and come to our Post Office with the appropriate identification.
When collecting for yourself -
1) formal identification is required with either a driver's license or passport and can be loaded on your phone so we can identify you.
2) for collecting for a family member, relation or friend - we will need the mypost app allowing the owner of the package to allow another person to collect, if we don't have this then you will be denied.
3) parcels not collected within 10 days will be sent back to sender
4) letters held for a period of 30 days will be sent back to sender.
5) If you leave town for a long period of time then you will need to complete an application for re-direction to your new address.
6) contacting the call centre for all enquiries is 13 76 78 they can assist with all enquiries and redirections that will be sent to me for processing. No other process is in place so please refrain from ringing the Coral Bay Australia Post Agent as they will only redirect you to this number.
The above are in the regulations of Australia Post.
Please note that we are NOT a storage facility and items in our possession in the held capacity will be "Return to Sender" in the appropriate timeline.
