It was difficult to choose a main focal point of this home, your home is your castle and that’s exactly what I built, Owner Builder Home number 3.
When Designing & Constructing this unique timber framed home, 290x90 Western Red Cedar Ceilings really highlighted the bright open planned Kitchen area.

Yeeehaaa , our first ever hire products were hired out just last week.
All were happy with Bench Seats including myself especially after I applied the oil to the thermal wood seat tops.
Thermal Wood timber really makes a statement with its beautiful characters and the overall appearance of the timber.
Got the thumbs up from the clients and us here at custom designed timber living 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍.

2 X Built in Photgraphy picture frames with 1.2mL X 300mmW bench seats -

Designed for easy setup & pack up, all components simply slot and lock together -

Lightweight timber used for easy handling -

Timber sizes used : 180x64- 160x64 - 145x64 - 120x64 & 100x60 -

4 X Timber braces to stabilise the arbour are fixed with 130x16mm hex head bolts -

Approx 10 minutes to set up -

Timber named Jolutong was used & cost $1275 & It took 5 days to design and construct the Arbour.

Add up the Timber cost + Fixings + Fibre glue +Silkens oil + Labour time of 42hrs @ $55 p/hr = $2,310

Total value to make $3,585 Reluctant sale, very reluctant sale..!
