PROJECT AWARDED

We’re excited to announce that Wainwright Facades has been awarded the façade package at Ranelagh Apartments, NSW, partnering with .au on this prestigious project overlooking the Sydney skyline.

Our scope includes the supply and installation of 4,500m² of cladding, featuring a premium combination of tiles and ’s Vitradual panels along with utilising Nvelope Rainscreen Systems and Vulcanwool Insulation.

Works are scheduled to commence at the beginning of 2026, and we can’t wait to get started and bring this iconic façade to life.

PROJECT PROGRESS

Earlier this year, we were awarded the façade remediation project at 19 Marcus Clarke Street in Canberra, and work is progressing swiftly as we replace over 2,000m² of timber and ACP cladding for Duratec.

Our team is busy installing a premium combination of Modinex AluSelekta and HVG Facades Mondoclad, delivering a compliant and high-quality finish that enhances both performance and appearance.

Exciting progress so far, looking forward to completing this impressive façade soon!

PROJECT AWARDED
Wainwright Facades has been awarded the façade remediation package at Central Avenue, NSW, partnering once again with Duratec.

The project involves replacing over 2,000m² of cladding with Alpolic NC, supplied by our trusted partners at Network Architectural. Our scope includes design, supply, and installation, ensuring a seamless and compliant delivery from start to finish.

We’ve already commenced on site and are pushing ahead to complete the works as quickly and efficiently as possible, minimising disruption while maintaining our trademark quality.

Once again, we’ll be teaming up with our friends at Chase, and we can’t wait to get started on this amazing project.
