What’s the difference?
We have broken it down 👉🏼
Co-Working spaces are plug and play. You can start working right away, whereas commercial leases require a bit more back and forth. Think lawyers, bank guarantees and set up.
Co-Working spaces are generally all inclusive. So those little extra costs like cleaning, internet, utilities and furniture are factored in to each membership cost.
Lastly, flexibility. Co-working spaces offer month to month or short term agreements. Commercial leases usually require a 5 year minimum commitment.
A co-working space is a great option if you are just starting out, wanting to scale quickly, an in-between. But they are now the place to stay.
Commercial leases aren’t going anywhere. But we are seeing people wanting more flexibility when it comes to work.
