A big thank you to all staff who attended our IntelliTrac Christmas celebrations last night.

As I said in my speech, together as a team we have achieved great things.

We have been under the pump with astronomic growth this year and I truly appreciate how all of you have stepped up and faced and conquered all challenges by pushing harder and harder.

This is all a result of our great culture, support and respect for each other.

I humbly appreciated all the kind words said about my leadership and commitment to the business, our clients and each and every one of our team.

As I said last night. “If you love what you do, you will never have to work a day in your life” and I absolutely love what I do, the business, our clients and our team.

Below is a photo of myself and Dan. Dan has been part of our team for almost 20 years and in his 70s he is still going strong with passion for everything he does in IntelliTrac’s software development team. He just loves making sure our team is happy with his service and solutions. Well done Dan! Keep going strong!

And a big thank you to Jan and Bronson pictured below for all the hardwork in Auckland. We are looking forward to great things in 2025. You two guys are great in how you work together providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

COVID19 BCP
It has been an interesting week with all office staff working from home & field staff having to adhere to strict guidelines.

Managing this over several offices in several countries has been interesting & successful, because we planned ahead & had all our systems and procedures in place.

Our BCP also takes into account the wellbeing of staff.

This is some of what we have done so far.
1. All staff are required to complete online forms each morning for attendance, location, self assessment against Covid19 symptoms as well as WHS assessments, JSA/SWMS etc.

2. Management liaise with their teams via phone calls, teams & video conferencing to ensure individuals are not subject to the effects of social isolation when working from home.

3. Field staff are managed and monitored by our Bizzow Field Worker Management Software which includes Scheduling, JSA/SWMS, QA, Incident reporting etc.

4. Field staff and vehicle fleets monitored via our IndigoGPS Telematics.
