🚨 JUST SPILLED SOMETHING?

Your first instinct may be to scrub it as hard as possible—but aggressive rubbing can spread the spill, push it deeper and disturb the carpet fibres.

Instead:

✅ Remove any solids carefully.
✅ Blot gently with a clean, colourfast cloth.
✅ Work from the outside towards the centre.
✅ Avoid mixing multiple cleaning products.
✅ Contact Ardy before applying a home remedy.

FUN FACT: Carpet can hold a surprising amount of fine dust, grit, hair and everyday debris before it begins to look noticeably dirty.

Much of it settles below the visible surface, particularly in busy walkways, beside beds, near couches and around entry points.

Regular vacuuming is important, but professional cleaning reaches deeper and targets the soil and staining that ordinary household maintenance may leave behind.

The difference isn’t always visible until you see a freshly cleaned section beside an untreated area!

Would you wash every item in your wardrobe using exactly the same cycle?

Probably not, and upholstery should be treated with the same care.
Couches and chairs can be made from very different fibres and blends. A treatment that works beautifully on one fabric could leave another fabric with colour loss, water marks or texture changes.

Before cleaning, I consider the material, construction, staining and overall condition of the furniture. This allows me to choose a process suited to the individual piece.

These results speak for themselves. Knowing what process to use gives the best results.
