We are currently seeking experienced and skilled Cladding Carpenters to join our team in both North and South Brisbane areas. If you have a passion for carpentry and have expertise in exterior cladding installation, then this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace various types of exterior cladding materials including timber, vinyl, metal, and composite panels.
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit cladding materials according to blueprints, schematics, or specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of cladding materials using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Utilize hand and power tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and levels to complete cladding projects.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times on job sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cladding Carpenter, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools commonly used in cladding installations.
- Strong knowledge of various cladding materials and their installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments, as well as at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation to travel between job sites.
