PERFECTION PLUS MAINTENANCE JOB ADVERTISEMENT

GREENKEEPER/HORTICULTURIST

Perfection Plus Maintenance is a unique landscape maintenance business located in Brisbane. We provide maintenance packages for Residential, Commercial, School Grounds and Sporting fields.


We are looking to hire a Horticulturist to boost our team. Current qualified Greenkeeper but we are looking the right person to help manage our Residential and Commercial properties

We have really grown in the last 2 months and need to find the right person that is driven and wants to succeed.

Perfection Plus Maintenance also provides a wide range of services in the Landscaping industry including Schools, Rugby Clubs, Soccer Clubs and Residential maintenance.



Tasks

* Maintenance on Residential clients properties,
* Maintenance on Commercial properties,
* Working with sporting fields team to help prepare fields for game days when needed or spare time is available,
* Liaising with clients and help build residential and commercial client lists,
* Monthly reporting on sites,
* Learn our quoting process,
* Suggest marketing strategies with our office staff,
* Organise turfing jobs with our casual staff and supervise,
* Look after a six week Maintenance program for our property development contract and
* Liaise with the manager of property development contract.



What You Will Need To Bring To Our Team

* Greenkeeping skills,
* White Card,
* Open Licence (must have own vehicle),
* Be familiar with irrigation systems,
* Experience in managing a small team,
* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to train and supervise staff, including apprentices,
* Greenkeeping qualification - Cert III, and
* Great customer service skills (be able to communicate with
clients).


Job Inclusions

* Monday - Friday
* Early finish every Thursday at 12:00 pm,
* 38hr week,
* Uniform supplied,
* PPE supplied and
* Work Phone.

As we start building into the busy period of the year, Alexandria and myself would like to send out a quick thank you to some guys that have really helped us along the way. We are very happy to have had some absolute legends pull on the green and black jersey.

Firstly our structural landscaper Adam who has been amazing since coming on aboard, his knowledge and experience has changed our dynamics.

Our apprentice Kyall who is challenging himself daily to improve his skills, we think Kyall has a big future with our business and know he will provide the best service for our clients in the future, always willing to give a hand and works all day.

Our newly appointed school based apprentice Mitch. Young Mitch has already started studying landscaping and has a passion for sports. A decent young bloke that will be great for us in the future.

Our casuals Perry, Chappy and Megs, at different times through the year we have had some big tasks. But I want to thank all you guys for rolling up the sleeves and helping us when it was needed. Its is much appreciated.

And especially we want to thank all our clients, it's been incredible the response we have had from our landscaping maintenance packages, our landscaping and sports field maintenance programs. We love providing you with our best service each week. Thank you.
