We source our chillis from Australian farmers and hobby businesses and these chillis are hard too find BUT will destroy any Carolina Reaper on a heat basis 🤙

🔥 WE'VE BEEN COOKING UP SOMETHING NEW… 🔥

For years we've been making our premium, small-batch chilli products with big flavours, crazy ingredients and plenty of bloody experimentation.

But we've been thinking…

What if we stripped it right back?

No 15+ ingredient recipes.
No unnecessary crap.
No trying to hide the chilli.

Just 5–6 simple ingredients and letting the chilli do the talking. 🌶️

So we've started developing something completely new…

My very first Flaming Koala sauce prototype — handwritten labels, rough notes, and a crazy idea that maybe I could make something bloody good.
It wasn't perfect.
But it was mine.
Years later, we're still here. Still experimenting. Still making tiny batches. Still chasing better flavour.
And that little dodgy bottle?
It started everything. ❤️‍🔥
