As we continue to grow, an opportunity has arisen for an Administration Superstar to join our team in the next few weeks.

This is a fast-paced role so the ability to multi-task successfully is essential.

As a Property Management company, exceptional communication skills and attention to detail are major requirements for this position. In this role you will be working directly with a variety of stakeholders including; owners, tenants, contractors and prospective tenants.

The role is a full-time position, with the potential for career growth for the right candidate. Hours of work are 8:30AM – 5PM Monday – Friday, based in our Woolloongabba Office.

It is an essential requirement that you have your own transport, whether that be public transport, your own car or bike!

What we're looking for?

Experienced in administration you will have a large responsibility for some of our key data entry tasks.

You will hold yourself with outstanding professional appearance and a personality to match.

You will not be afraid of a challenge.

You must be organised and methodical allowing our Property Management team to trust in your skills with anything they assign to you.

You will be a fantastic person for any of our customers to chat with.

Your strong attention to detail and efficiency at completing tasks will ensure that we run a clean-cut administration cycle in our business.

The Requirements;

- You will be an extremely quick learner.
- Have exceptional attention to detail.
- Be able to prioritise and complete tasks within set deadlines.
- Can handle simultaneous tasks whilst dealing with interruptions.

Whilst experience in Domestic Cleaning & Bond Cleaning will be advantageous it is not essential as training and mentoring will be provided.

- Current QLD Drivers License and reliable vehicle.

The typical day in this role includes (but is not limited to):

- Attending residential properties to carry out routine cleaning activities, such as window cleaning, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming floors, cleaning toilets and bathrooms, kitchens and ovens.
- Carrying out Bond Cleans.
- Performing Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning (training provided)
- Other administration tasks such as completing run sheets and general paperwork.

The position is full-time Monday-Friday.
